I have found on multiple occasions that an empty house sells only after adding furniture and all the embellishments that turns a house into a 'home'.  In regards to the psychology of staging please watch the video entitled 'Karla' in my 'Strategic Partners' tab.  If you feel that staging is critical to the sale of your house then I charge a 1% commission fee if you choose my Silver or Gold package.  This fee is waived if you choose the Platinum package. 

     What you get is a house full of furniture meaning every room will be staged.  This includes not only core furniture pieces but also rugs, art, buffets and decorative items.  Please refer to the example I have provided below.
